How Does The Service Work?
I will meet you to design a menu based on your lifestyle, fitness goals, dietary and nutritional needs. I do the shopping, the preparation (washing, dicing and slicing), cooking, clean-up and delivery. Meals will be provided in handy, portion-controlled, microwaveable containers with heating instructions and nutritional information (calories, fat, carbs and protein). You come home to a well stocked kitchen and wholesome meals ready to eat!

How Much Does The Service Cost?
Cost for the service is $25 an hour plus the cost of food. This includes menu planning, shopping, preparation, clean-up, nutritional information, packaging and delivery.

One of the reasons why the ball has become so popular is the fantastic core muscle workout it gives. The core muscles, also known as "postural muscles”, include abdominal, mid and lower back muscles. When you incorporate the ball with strength training, the added benefits include improved balance, flexibility and coordination.

Weak core muscles lead to poor posture and hence lower back pain. Many people have found that using the ball to strengthen core muscles also helps relieve chronic lower back pain.

The ball is a very practical piece of exercise equipment because it takes up little space and when deflated it can easily be transported. You can do this at home or in the gym. You never need to miss another workout again!

It is best to begin with the basic progression that features shorter work intervals and longer transition periods in order to familiarize yourself with the TRX and its exercises. As your fitness levels increase, you will beable to move up to the Advanced Progression.

We take the guess work away. We do the calipers with age and sex and tell you for sure if you want to gain mass or just stay toned. This is vital! information! The scale does not provide you with your muscle or pounds of actual fat you have. When you lose weight, you want to be sure you're losing fat correctly and not muscle.

line Yoga  

Yoga is a wonderful compliment to any fitness routine. It can help you increase your flexibility, strength and endurance… decrease your stress level, reduce pain and fatigue… and improve your balance, posture and breathing. All of these benefits can help you take your work-outs to the next level!

We offer private or semi-private classes in our beautiful yoga room, which allows you to have a personalized yoga session tailored to your specific needs and goals. A semi-private class allows you to share the yoga experience with a partner, friend or family member.

We also offer group classes in 6-week sessions, with groups of 4-6 people, for a general yoga experience that addresses all aspects of yoga practice. These sessions vary according to day/time, so please email Michele for more information. Beginners welcome!

Michele Stelling, RYT, LPTA is a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance and brings over 12 years experience in physical therapy to her yoga classes.

Joanne Shehan has been practicing various body therapies for 15 years. Her experience has ranged from Spa Therapy to working with brain injured clients within the rehabilitation department at CMC Hospital.

Joanne is currently operating out of two offices as well as teaching Massage Therapy at Hesser College. She loves to bring her experience and enthusiasm to work with the client towards achieving and maintaining optimal health. Some of the therapies that she employs are Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques and Reiki to help towards your goals.
